J1W returns in a high-visibility yellow 2.5L GORE-TEX庐 construction.

New J1W-GTV specific features include: TORAY ULTRASUEDE艡 double sleeve and inner collar, paracord and web-tape anchor loops, minimal JacketSling墙, high-vis yellow WR zippers and trims, and reflective high-vis yellow logo tape and ForceLock墙.

As the name suggests, J1W is the wide-body iteration of the 菎CRO艊YM艡 J1A. It has been re-patterned to cover and conceal the widest range of bodies, layers, and load bearing configurations to date. Standard non-standard J1A features include a newly engineered TensionZip墙 Flak pocket and zipless reloadable GravityPockets墙 (smoother, faster, lighter).

J1A was the first ever jacket designed by Acronym. Originally conceived in the years between 1999 and 2001, it is the progenitor of the Type 2371*, and of every other Acronym jacket that has followed.

J1W-GTV is the culmination of everything we have learned about building apparel since that time. Everything is new. Everything is the same. The very idea of 菎CRO艊YM艡 rendered in physical, wearable form. A carefully balanced array of functional and aesthetic systems presented here in completely remastered form. Asymmetric. 2.5L GORE-TEX庐 product technology delivers a supple feel and reduced
audio signature.

DISCLAIMER: Due to the industrial nature of this fabric as well as its
high-visibility hue some stains may prove impossible to remove with
cleaning. ‘Strike through’ of the membrane color to the outer surface
of the fabric will also occur when the fabric is scored with hard
objects. This is an intrinsic characteristic of the fabric and cannot be
considered as defective.

*Together with 3A-1, the Type 2371 jacket was released in 2002 as one of the main components of ACR KIT-1. KIT-1 was the first commercially available Acronym product.
